Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, If for any reason you are not, we'll do what we can to make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping, except in the case of defective or damaged goods. 

 

Shipping

Items are shipped 1-3 days from purchase via USPS priority mail. Shipping charges are calculated at check-out. We recycle & reuse packing materials where possible, and hope that you do the same.

 

​Sculpture 

Can I hang them outside?

The sculpture is recommended for indoor use only. 

How do I hang them?

Each one has either a wire or a d-ring embedded in the back for easy hanging. These are solid pieces and quite heavy. Check the measurements and weight before buying. You may want to use an anchor. 

Can I place a custom order?

At this time, we are not taking custom orders. If you want a simple change to an existing product--such as a different color--contact us at christina@richlystrange and we'll try to accommodate your request.
